A great qualification to add to your skill set, this 2-day course offers you the knowledge and the expertise needed to perform an Indian head Massage and to add it to your treatment list.

there are three case studies of three treatments each to be completed before an In-House qualification accredited by the FHT certificate of competence is issued. This popular post-massage diploma course teaches a seated full head, neck and shoulder routine and discusses Ayuvedic principles of healing. The students will accomplish a comprehensive 45-minute treatment using over 40 massage movements.

Indian Head Massage is a complete massage treatment, which involves working on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It is a traditional Indian treatment , which has now popularised in the West.

It can be a complete treatment with oils lasting for about 20 minutes or it can be very effectively used within the workplace environment as a 5-10 minute quick stress-busting treatment, which is completely dry and without the need for undressing.

This course will help therapists to:
