  Membership of the IFPA organisation is open, through various categories, to a wide range of people with an interest in aromatherapy.

The IFPA brings its members a wider range of benefits, with an increased level of recognition and exposure for their professional work. As members of the IFPA they are able to pool their resources in such a way as to enhance and strengthen the aromatherapy profession as a whole. One immediate benefit is the much improved insurance and legal cover that is available only to IFPA members at very reasonable cost.

Aromatherapists who have qualified at any training establishment accredited by any of the following organisations( at the time of their qualification) may apply for Full Membership of the IFPA :
The Register of Qualified Aromatherapists (RQA)
The International Society of Professional Aromatherapists (ISPA)
The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA)

The IFPA welcomes other qualified Aromatherapists. Categories of membership are available for those who wish to work towards establishing themselves with an IFPA accredited qualification. Also, for those who are about to embark on their training as a Student. IFPA Accredited Schools of Aromatherapy are now available around the world.
