As the IFPA Council Membership Chair I liaise with the Hinckley Office Staff to help them answer all your membership queries, concerns and problems and report to Council any specific membership matters that I feel the Council should be made aware of.  I also have the difficult job of overseeing our complaints procedure, but thankfully that side of my work is very quiet.

One of the most exciting things about looking after our growing membership is that I am able to negotiate discounts with national organisations on your behalf.

My discussions with Airport Parking & Hotels Ltd have also proved fruitful and members can now save money on parking and accommodation at 16 Airports around the country.
